Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and align with MSIA’s mission and vision.

- Gain proficiency in the CLIC software to ensure accurate data entry.
- Maintain reporting schedules and systems.
- Organize client filing systems per CLIC requirements, ensuring confidentiality.
- Accurately interpret, compile, and enter data into the CLIC system.
- Analyze and verify data to maintain its integrity.
- Store accurate information in appropriate database locations, completing all client-related fields in the CLIC Reporting System.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Manage responsibilities like troubleshooting, file backups, data updates, and retrieval as needed.
- Submit daily or weekly CLIC reports and data extracts to the CLIC team.
- Protect organizational value by safeguarding confidential information.
- Be available to work outside standard hours if required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform weekly data backups and report monthly staff fingerprint attendance in hard and soft copies.
- Uphold client confidentiality; avoid sharing information with unauthorized personnel.
- Address basic IT issues at the clinic, and contact the BI or IT team for complex problems.
- Foster teamwork with colleagues.
- Provide excellent service to clients and strengthen referral systems by directing patients to relevant medical staff or facilities as needed.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in local languages and English.
- Effective communication skills for successful interaction with staff and clients.
- Familiarity with smartphones, internet applications, and computer usage.
- Good typing skills in English.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably with NGOs in the health sector.
