Job Description:

وظایف عمده:

مطابق رهنمود ملی تداوی و خدمات صحی اساسی افغانستان مریضان را معاینه، تداوی و مراقبت نماید.

ارایه خدمات مشاوره روانی اجتماعی بشکل انفرادی و گروپی برای مراجعین و مریضان در تسهیلات صحی(مریضان سراپا و داخل بستر).

فعال بودن در رابطه به آگاهی دهی و تعلیمات روانی برای مراجعین و مریضان در مرکزصحی.

ارایه مشوره گروپی(باز و بسته).

اجرای تمام وظایف در مطابقت به معیار های اخلاقی مشاور روانی اجتماعی.

اشتراک فعال در جلسات نظارت با مسؤول صحت روانی، قابله و نظارت کننده گان صحی جامعه و در صورت نیاز با کارکنان صحی جامعه.

کار تیمی دوامدار با کارکنان صحی، دوکتوران و نرس ها در تسهیلات صحی(جلسات منظم تیمی).

ثبت نمودن تمام معلومات مراجعه کننده گان و توحید اسناد آن، ثبت قضایا، نوشتن قضایا در کتاب و فورم مخصوص.

راه اندازی گروپ های آگاهی دهی باز در سطح مرکز صحی جامع.

راه اندازی برنامه های آگاهی دهی ساحوی جهت شناسائی و تشویق مریضان روانی اجتماعی برای دریافت تداوی.

هماهنگی با دوکتوران و دیگرکارکنان تسهیل صحی در بخش فعالیت های صحت روانی.

ارایه گزارش ماهوار، ربعوار و سالانه به بخش مربوطه.

نظارت تخنیکی از فعالیت قابله و نظارت کننده صحی جامعه که خدمات مشاوره اولیه را در مرکز صحی اساسی فراهم میکنند.

انجام سایر وظایف و مسؤولیت های اضافی که از طرف آمر مرکز صحی و یا سوپروایزر مربوطه داده میشود.

Job Requirements:

شرایط لازمه:

فارغ التحصیل رشته مشاوره روانی- اجتماعی موسسات تحصیلی داخل و یا خارج از کشور،

داشتن حداقل یک سال تجربه کاری در بخش مربوطه.

مهارت خواندن و نوشتن به زبان های پشتو، دری و سایر زبان های محلی.

داشتن مهارت در افهام و تفهیم.

داشتن سجایای اخلاقی(صبر، حوصله، دلسوزی، محتاط بودن و مراعات نمودن تمام موازین اسلامی)

داشتن مهارت ارتباطی خوب.
