مطمین بودن از توزیع درست سهمیه غذایی برای مریضان سوی تغذی به اساس پروتوکول IMAM
تعقیب اطفال شامل پروگرام تغذی حمایوی و شناسایی واقعات تغذی و دادن توصیه مناسب برای مریضان سو تغذی
ثبت نمودن معلومات مورد ضرورت مریضان در راجستر , راشن کارت و کارت تداوی
اجرای اسکرینینگ از قبیل قد وزن، مووک و معلوم نمودن ازیما
ارایه تعلیمات صحی تغذی به خانمها حامله وشیرده
تهیه راپور ماهوار برنامه از مرکزصحی
ارایه تعلیمات صحی برای مریضان و پایوازان مریضان در داخل کلینیک
توزیع درست و شفاف به مراجعین واجد شرایط
تسلیم گیری مواد به وجه احسن و مطابق قوانین پروگرام IMAM
حفظ و نگهداری مواد به وجه احسن و مطابق قوانین پروگرامIMAM
مووک و ثبت نام نمودن اطفال 6 الی 59 ماهه به اساس قوانین IMAM
مطمین بودن از تاریخ انقضا مواد های داخل گدام
Job Requirements:
Education:
Nursing or Midwifery
Experience:
At least one year of working Experience in TSFP, Nurse and Midwife in BPHS and TSFP program.
Skill: Good communication skills in Dari and proven management ability.
General: Residents of Bamiyan Province Can apply.
