Job Description:
The data collectors will receive two full days of training or orientation based on the questionnaires.
Have good behaviors and approach with the community especially with children during the assessment.
Collect data of Early MAM program through the IMAM guideline and measure to minimize error.
Ensure timely submission of data.
Review all the forms and tools used for collecting data and make sure that the data collectors are familiar
Visit identified communities and conduct interviews in accordance with the methodology and tools.
Share information about the organization, purpose of the assessments, get the consent form signed and talk about the time right holders will spend for providing the information required.
Ask questions in a clear and kind manner and ask all the questions exactly as worded and create a friendly environment with community members.
Ensure responses are documented or recorded accurately in the system.
Probe to clarify unclear answers.
Double-check and revise the survey at the end of the survey to correct mistakes.
Field data collectors will follow sampling instructions provided by the study team
Close supervision of the work of the data collectors by program and field team.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in BBA or Computer science.
Experience:
1 year experience as data collector
Skills:
Ability to travel to the hard-to-reach areas.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility.
Basic English Knowledge and able to read and write
