Job Description:
- Register patients and provide treatment during the doctor’s absence.
- Monitor and maintain the pharmacy stock tracking system.
- Prepare and submit monthly medication requests to the relevant authorities.
- Ensure proper storage of medications, including temperature monitoring.
- Register and treat wounds, provide nutritional supplements to malnourished children and pregnant women.
- Assess the nutritional status of children under 5 years old; start a nutritional diet for children diagnosed with SAM (Severe Acute Malnutrition) or MAM (Moderate Acute Malnutrition).
- Follow up on the malnutrition diet plans for children.
- Implement prescriptions and update the stock card daily.
- Prepare monthly reports on dressing, pharmacy usage, and MHT (Mobile Health Team) activities.
- Continue vaccination services when a vaccinator is not available.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a diploma in nursing or pharmacy from an intermediate public health institute.
- If graduated from a private institute, an exit exam certificate is required.
- At least 2 years of experience working in public healthcare facilities.
- Proficiency in native languages and access to English language skills.
- Strong communication, both verbal and written, and report writing skills.
- Ability to remain patient, maintain a positive attitude, and work effectively in crisis situations.
