Job Description:
Creating an environment with the mobile team to provide social and individual counselling services for peoples in need.
Collaborating with displaced and local community to identify the issues of the vulnerable, providing counseling services to them and referring them to other centers for further services.
Regular monitoring of the mental health statues of patients and encouraging them for inspections and counseling.
Ensuring the confidentiality of patients’ issues to reassure them for clearly communicating their complaints to the counselor.
Providing psychological advices to the people to keep society safe from mental problems for continuing individuals daily live normal.
Assisting the community for designing safety plans to mitigate the risks that threaten life.
Presenting monthly reports to the team leader.
Collaborating with community and team to ensure their daily activities.
Any other tasks assigned by team leader.
Job Requirements:
Having at least 14 grade certificate in Midwifery and approved by ministry of Public Health and bachelor's degree holders in social science will prefer.
Having at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Familiarity with the local community and having detailed knowledge about it.
Having strong skills in communication, verbal and written communication and report writing.
Being patient, maintaining a positive attitude and having the ability to work in crisis situations.
