Job Description:
Work with cooperative attitude and keep a high standard of quality.To plan, the implementation, supervision and monitoring system of the RHAssist in the implementation of national Reproductive Health and Emergency Obstetric Care at MHTs.Supervision, particularly Female MDs, Midwifes, female nurses of Health Facilities or other programs that have a focus on women and children.To supervise Health Facility RH program activities.
To build up common awareness and ensure more attention of technical staff on main morbidity, STDs and HIV/AIDs.
To prepare monthly reports.
To represent ORCD in all related issues.
Develop spirit of cooperation and understanding among members of program.
Prepare monthly action plan and submits to related supervisor.
Participate in RH related capacity building sessions.
Any other tasks was given by the line supervisor.
Job Requirements:
MD degree from recognized Medical University, certified by MoHE.
Passed exit exam.
2 work experience certificate, after the graduation.
Having strong communication, and report writing skills.
Motivated person, having a positive attitude or vision and ability to work in crisis situations.
