Job Description:
Arrangement of transportation for staff, visitors and guests, and produce monthly utilization report
Repair and maintenance of vehicles and generators, to prepare the datasheet for all repairs and maintenances.
Arrangement of Fuel for Vehicle and Generator and to prepare monthly consumption reports
Up to date maintaining stock stationery receiving and distribution staff and department, prepare monthly consumption report.
Supervising the support staff (drivers, cleaners and cooks), making work-rooster and monitor support staff work effectively and efficiently.
Organizing and scheduling appointments
Handle administrative requests and queries
Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Do the maintenance of office building, electrical equipment, furniture and etc.…
Carry out any other official task given by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor BBA/Economic or High School/16 class
Work Experiences: At least 2 years’ relevant or operation,
In case CV high school needs 4 years’ experience,
Skills:
Strong Communication skills
Ability to travel to remote areas and districts.
Ability to work effectively in a team
Languages: Fluency in English and Local Language(s).
Personal Characteristics:
Tolerance, Flexibility, Honesty and Being cautious.
