Job Description:

 

 

OPD MAM (TSFP) site monthly supply request preparation/submission

Formal receipt of OPD MAM(TSFP) supplies including its proper recording

OPD MAM(TSFP) supplies proper management and safeguarding including use of relevant registers and stock cards

Recording required information /documentations related to beneficiaries in the ration card and register book

Distribution of RUSF and SC to MAM Child and pregnant and lactating women according to OPD MAM protocol

Providing key messages about proper use of RUSF and SC by MAM children and PLW.

Preparation of monthly OPD MAM(TSFP)stock report

Implement proper measures for crowd management related to OPD MAM

Providing screening of all children aged under 5 (in BHC and SHC in case of TSFP assistant availability)

Management of all OPD MAM and OPD SAM services (in BHC and SHC in case of TSFP assistant availability)

رسید کردن رسمی مواد سپلای شده بخش TSFP به شمول ثبت کردن درست آن

 

مدیریت و نگه داری درست مواد سپلای شده TSFP یا OPD MAM و ثبت نمودن مواد توزیع شده در راجستر و ستاک کارت های مربوطه

 

ثبت نمودن معلومات مورد ضرورت مریضان در راجستر و ریشن کارت ها

 

توزیع RUSF و SCبه اطفال مصاب سوی تغذی حاد متوسط و خانم‌های حامله و شیرده مطابق پروتوکل IMAM

 

آماده ساختن‌پیام‌های ضروری بخاطر استفاده درست RUSF و SC به اطفال سوی تغذی حاد متوسط و خانم های حامله و شیرده

 

آماده ساختن راپور ماهانه ستاک مربوط پروگرام OPD MAM

 

‌مدیریت مناسب خدمات OPD SAM و OPD MAM در حالات ازدحام

 

اسکریننگ اطفال زیر ۵ سال (در BHC و در صورت موجودیت TSFP اسیستانت در SHC)

 

مدیریت و انجام دادن تمام خدمات OPD SAM و OPD MAM در BHC و سب سنتر در صورت موجودیت کارمند TSFP

 

Job Requirements:

The TSFP Assistant must be a female nurse, graduated from a medium-level medical institute, medical science institute, or nursing school.

 

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the BPHS system or related sectors, especially in nutrition.

 

Preference will be given to those who are Local residents.

 

 

 

TSFP Assistant باید نرس اناث باشد فراغت از انستيتوت متوسطة طبي، انستيتوت علوم طبي و يا مکتب نرسنگ

 

حد اقل یک الی دو سال تجربه در سیستم BPHS و یا بخش های مربوطه خصوصا تغذی

 

اولویت به کسانی که Local recident باشند داده میشود.
