Job Description:
- Maintain the confidentiality of patient records, histories, and sensitive information.
- Create a supportive environment within the mobile team to offer social and individual counseling services to those in need.
- Work closely with displaced and local communities to identify vulnerable individuals, provide counseling, and refer them to other service centers when necessary.
- Monitor the mental health status of patients regularly and encourage them to seek counseling and health assessments.
- Ensure patient confidentiality to build trust and encourage open communication about their concerns.
- Provide psychological guidance to individuals, promoting mental well-being and enabling a stable and productive society.
- Assist communities in developing safety plans to mitigate life-threatening risks.
- Prepare and present monthly activity reports to the team leader.
- Collaborate with the team and community to facilitate daily activities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirements:
-Education: A minimum of a 14th-grade degree in Midwifery or Nursing, approved by the Ministry of Public Health. Candidates with a background in Social Sciences are preferred.
- Experience:**At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Community Knowledge: Familiarity with the local community and an in-depth understanding of its dynamics.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including report writing.
- Personal Attributes: Patience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in crisis situations.
