Job Description:
- Fully understand MSIA's mission and vision.

- Gain complete knowledge of the CLIC software for accurate data entry.
- Keep track of reporting schedules and systems.
- Ensure client filing systems align with CLIC requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of client files and information at all times.
- Accurately interpret, compile, and enter data into the CLIC system.
- Perform analysis and verification to ensure data accuracy.
- Store correct information in designated database locations, completing all required client details in the CLIC system.
- Complete tasks within set deadlines.
- Manage additional duties, including troubleshooting, file backups, regular updates, and data retrieval as needed.
- Responsible for sending daily or weekly CLIC reports and data extracts to the CLIC team.
- Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality.
- Be available to work beyond regular hours when needed.
- Help maintain a tidy, clean work area.
- Ensure weekly data backups are conducted.
- Report monthly staff attendance (fingerprint records, both hard and soft copies).
- Protect client confidentiality; do not share information with unauthorized individuals.
- Fix IT issues at the clinic when possible, otherwise contact the BI or IT team for assistance.
- Foster good teamwork with all relevant staff.
- Demonstrate excellent behavior when interacting with clients.
- Strengthen the referral system by directing patients to medical staff or other clinic facilities as necessary.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in local languages and English is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff and clients.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, internet applications (Android), and computers.
- Good typing skills on an English keyboard.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Experience working in NGOs, particularly in health sectors, is a plus.
