Job Description:
Purpose:
The English teacher conducting English sessions for Health Social Counselors trainees at the training center English and computer are supportive subject according to the GHIS curriculum.
Teach English Language and computer classes in accordance with the defined needs
Teach a wide variety of computer literacy and Micro Soft Office Packages
Design and Develop curriculum and training handout for students for English Language base on GIHS period hours
Manage Courses administration functions to track employee registration attendance ,course satisfaction and delivery effectiveness
Prepare Monthly training activity progress report
Developing training materials in English and computer
Develop and Implementing training packages for the student
Develop and Maintaining of Courses Plan
Conducting timely quizzes, Assignment and review tests as per schedule
Timely submitting report
Coordinate in administration activates
Any other task assigned by her training coordinator
Job Requirements:
At least graduate from class 12.
Diploma in English Language and computer Programs
More than three years’ experience as English and Computer Trainer
Fluency in Pashto/ Dari languages and work related English.
Effective communication and writing skills
Good Teaching skills and adaptable behaviour
