Job Description:

Broadcasting of Live programs from on air.

Recording news room and production colleagues’ programs.

Audio Editing of programs.

Organizing & managing studio equipment and technician tools.

Shifting/Being on duty in Studio (Live & Production Studio).

Shifting/Being on duty during night.

Maintaining archive of programs of Radio Killid.

Maintenance of studio equipment.

Participating in various affairs according to the instruction of Radio Manager.

Whenever he/she received the programs, he/she should check the quality of sound based on standards.

Arrange the recorded programs based on a proper given broadcast schedule.

After the production; edit and make the programs ready for the broadcasting.

If there are problems in the program; he/she will struggle to solve these problems with the consultation of the relevant producer and radio manager.

Preparation of weekly reports based on the quality of the radio programs.

Participation in the producer meetings which are normally conducted bimonthly; where he/she will identify the problems of the producers and give proper suggestions for the solution.

Change the trails of the programs and other trails of radio after each three months with the coordination & cooperation of newsroom staff.

Strengthening the archive of the radio (note the demands of the listeners and convey the message to radio manager).

Job Requirements:

Have professional relevant technical knowledge.

Knowledge of Computer (Ms Office, Ms Windows & Cool-Edit).

At least two years of experience in the relevant field.
