Job Description:
Assist in implementing and adhering to administrative, procurement, and financial guidelines of MSIA within the province.
Process all vouchers and claim forms for purchasing clinic necessities in compliance with procurement regulations.
Maintain comprehensive files related to finance and administration, as well as prepare summary reports on provincial activities.
Monitor attendance records of clinic staff and ensure timely submission to Head Office.
Assist in announcing new positions, collecting CVs, and coordinating recruitment processes with the HR department.
Support the management of staff air and ground missions, including logistical processes.
Maintain inventory lists and ensure proper housekeeping of guesthouses.
Compile and maintain monthly pharmacy, laboratory, and medical supply reports for the Head Office.
Update administrative filing systems, ensuring confidentiality of employee information and documents.
Provide regular reports on the progress of administrative and financial activities to the supervisor.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Oversee the management of MSIA's guesthouses in the province.
Ensure the effective management of the provincial office, ensuring all administrative and logistical facilities are operational and up to date.
