Job Description
Position Responsibilities:

The position holder will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Act as a primary provider of products and services to clients.
  • Prepare POS machines for merchants, agents, and branches.
  • Test POS machines before distributing them to merchants, agents, and bank branches.
  • Monitor daily POS transactions.
  • Check and ensure proper SIM connectivity with POS devices.
  • Analyze competitor products and refine sales strategies accordingly.
  • Verify accounting entries in CBS and Prepaid systems.
  • Manage Merchant/Biller registration for Azipay, deliver QR codes, and provide guidance on Agent Pay services.
  • Assist agents, merchants, and branches with technical issues related to POS devices.
  • Communicate with assigned branches via email to address issues related to POS, AziPay (Agent Pay), and Thermal Printers.
  • Support merchants, agents, and branches in resolving requests for activation, password resets, and account blocking.
  • Deliver high-quality service to ADC clients to meet established service standards.
  • Coordinate with ADC service providers to adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in all interactions with current and potential ADC customers.
  • Adapt responsibilities and duties based on organizational needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BCS or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking sector, with preference given to candidates with ICT-related experience.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and dispersed environments, with a focus on training and coaching.
  • Strong proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Proactive, confident, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and engage effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a professional demeanor.
