Job Description:
Enumerators are tasked with conducting accurate Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) data collection in Herat using the online ONA platform. Their primary responsibilities include:
- Applying the guidance provided during orientation to carry out data collection tasks and report daily progress.
- Ensuring that all necessary tools and materials for data collection are available and suitable.
- Introducing themselves professionally, explaining their role and organization to encourage active participation.
- Seeking consent from participants (e.g., CDC members, program participants, or government officials) for interviews.
- Conducting interviews by asking questions clearly and following the exact wording provided.
- Clarifying responses by probing when needed and recording accurate answers.
- Reviewing completed questionnaires for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission.
- Entering and coding data into the predefined COBO system.
- Representing MCA and its project to stakeholders in local languages when necessary.
- Submitting daily progress reports.
- Performing other project-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in data collection, including administering questionnaires and conducting interviews.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and data collection tools such as Open Data Kit (ODK).
