- Record all pharmaceutical reports in the AKHS system, pharmacy consumption database, and M-Supply.

- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.

- Review and verify data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data entries.

- Assist with the preparation and generation of required reports.

- Maintain data confidentiality and security in line with company policies.

- Collaborate with the team to enhance data entry processes and systems.

- Perform routine data backups and support data recovery when needed.

- Monitor stock levels, list items that need replenishing, and report any changes in consumption to the pharmacy officer.

- Support the pharmacy officer with weekly and monthly pharmacy reports.

- Help with ordering, receiving, distributing, and tracking the use of medical supplies.

- Assist the pharmacy officer in monitoring consumption trends.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure optimal organizational performance.

- Share all pharmacy-related tasks with the Senior Pharmacy Officer, adhering to the hierarchy; otherwise, HR policies will apply.

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Pharmacy degree.

 

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.

 

Skills:

-Computer: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Technical Skills: Pharmacy management, communication skills, and familiarity with local communities. Competence in interpersonal, managerial, and conflict resolution skills. Awareness of gender issues.

 

Other Skills:

- Languages: Proficiency in English, Dari, and Pashto.

- Personal Traits: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, perform tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Program Coordinator, and assist in the preparation of new program proposals.
