Job Description:

- Ensure quality standards are integrated during the planning and execution of community feedback and referral sessions.  

- Record feedback and inquiries in both logbooks and online systems.  

- Refer inquiries and feedback according to established referral pathways and procedures.  

- Follow up with key service providers (Health, Nutrition, WASH, Protection, Education, Cash Transfer, Polio, etc.) to close feedback loops.  

- Compile, analyze, and disaggregate monthly feedback and complaints by sector, gender, age, etc.  

- Review data consistently to ensure compliance with data protection policies.  

- Facilitate two-way communication sessions with visitors, either in groups or one-on-one.  

- Submit weekly and monthly reports on feedback and complaints.  

- Regularly collect and report community/beneficiary feedback.  

- Raise awareness, mobilize, and engage community structures during health emergencies, disease outbreaks, and national/international campaigns.  

- Identify successful stories from Community Engagement and Feedback Centers, collect beneficiary testimonies, and share them with supervisors for documentation.  

- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.  

 

Job Requirements:

- A university degree in social science, health, or related fields is required.  

- At least two years of relevant experience in community feedback and referral centers.  

- Proficiency in Pashto and Dari is necessary; English is preferable.  

- Experience in emergency response health projects is an advantage.  

- Previous work with international NGOs is desirable.  

- Experience in CBNP and MIYCN is mandatory.  

- A strong background in nutrition-related health activities is required.  

- Having an MD degree is considered an advantage.  

- Female candidates are preferred.
