Position Overview

 - Collect extensive procurement data from systems, suppliers, transactions, contracts, and agreements for system uploads, reports, and dashboards.  

 - Assist with procurement tasks, fleet, warehouse, and asset management as needed.  

 - Compile data on Save the Children International (SCI) procurement processes for ProSave under the Supply Chain Director’s guidance.  

 - Support project accountability, ProSave system learning, and supply chain data management at the provincial level.  

 - Help prepare reports and follow up on action plans as directed by the Supply Chain Director.

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

- Qualifications:

 - Recent graduate or in the final stages of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.  

 

- Essential Skills:

 - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.  

 - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.  

 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

 - Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
