Job Description:

The Crowd Controller is responsible for managing crowds on distribution days.

• He must categorize beneficiaries clearly.
• Interact courteously with beneficiaries.
• Oversee the lines of waiting beneficiaries.
• Optimize the waiting area for better management.
• Prevent any potential conflicts arising from crowding.
• Manage the crowd both inside and outside the Food Distribution Point (FDP).
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a similar role with NGOs/INGOs.
• Fluency in spoken Pashto and Dari is required, along with strong written and spoken English skills.
