Details of job:

As a CEFC Facilitator, you will play a vital role in gathering, analyzing, and responding to feedback from the communities we serve. Your main focus will be to improve community feedback mechanisms by creating opportunities for in-person communication and facilitating direct interactions for information sharing. You’ll engage with community members through regular field visits, meetings, and focus group discussions (FGDs), ensuring that their needs and feedback are addressed effectively.

 

In this role, you will also keep accurate records of the feedback you receive, prepare insightful reports and recommendations based on the data collected, and help ensure that our organization is responsive and accountable to the community’s needs and preferences. Your specific responsibilities will include:

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strengthening Organizational Capacity:

- Develop and enhance systems to boost community engagement and effective feedback mechanisms.

- Train frontline staff on the significance of CEFCs and how to communicate effectively while managing feedback from communities.

- Monitor and evaluate CEFC activities to ensure they align with best practices and donor guidelines regarding Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP).

- Make sure that information sharing and feedback mechanisms reflect the preferences of the communities.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance on health and nutrition to community focal points for effective feedback management and information sharing.

 

Managing the Common Feedback System:

- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Common Feedback System set up by the donor.

- Organize community meetings and FGDs focused on health and nutrition to regularly gather and address community insights.

- Ensure that feedback collected through the system is documented, analyzed, and responded to in a timely manner.

- Conduct regular community validation to ensure the data’s accuracy.

 

Requirement of job:

- A university degree in social sciences, health, or nutrition.

- At least one year of experience in health and nutrition mobilization, community engagement, feedback mechanisms, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field with NGOs or INGOs.

- Fluency in spoken Pashto and Dari; strong written and spoken English skills are essential.

- Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights from community feedback.

- Understanding and respect for local culture, traditions, and social norms is crucial for building trust with communities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant applications (e.g., Kobo) for data collection and reporting.
