- Plan, organize, and implement WASH activities at the field level, coordinating with the Project Manager, PRRD team, and Sr. WASH Coordinator in Kabul.
- Conduct KAP surveys, hygiene promotion, and waste cleanup campaigns in schools, health facilities, and communities.
- Supervise, monitor, and evaluate WASH activities.
- Oversee construction and rehabilitation efforts in targeted districts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Regularly track project indicators and activities, updating PMTs and coordinating with WASH project staff in the field.
- Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure understanding of logistics processes (procurement, transport, storage, communication, estate management, and asset management).
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods to project areas.
- Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up action points using effective M&E techniques.
- Establish a robust coordination system among all project staff.
- Organize training for community hygiene promoters and supervise their activities.
- Provide technical support to community hygiene promoters in the field.
- Handle all community-level reporting, including tool distribution and feedback collection for the Project Manager.
- Regularly review work quality with teams to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Contribute to monthly pipeline preparation.
- Represent International Medical Corps at community, district, and provincial levels by attending meetings and providing feedback.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
Experience
- Project, logistics, and administrative management experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of cross-cutting issues such as gender, protection, and environment.
- Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, independently, and with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with WASH assessment methodologies.
