Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental, social, health, and safety standards across project sites.

Develop and implement site-specific HSSE plans, risk assessments, and awareness training.

Conduct regular inspections of the project sites and prepare reports on environmental and safety performance.

Engage with communities to promote awareness and resolve potential conflicts.

Support project teams in ensuring adherence to donors and national ESHS policies.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or a related policy.

Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental and safety management in construction projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in community engagement.

Strong knowledge of HSSE reporting and documentation.
