Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact between the project team and local communities.
• Facilitate community engagement activities and awareness programs.
• Address and resolve any community concerns related to the project.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the project remains inclusive and transparent.
• Assist field teams in incorporating community feedback into project implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience in community-based projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Experience in community mobilization and conflict resolution.
• Required Documents: Educational certificates (must be attached).

Jab Location: Herat, Kabul, and Kandahar.
