Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on the quality of materials and construction methods.
• Supervise on-site project activities.
• Ensure that safety standards are consistently upheld across all activities.
• Review and approve test results, maintaining comprehensive records for auditing purposes.
• Identify potential issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare submittal plans, RFIs, material matrices, and other related documentation.
• Provide daily and weekly progress reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or water engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience supervising water supply construction projects.
• Knowledge of quality management principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Required Documents: Educational certificates (must be attached).

Jab Location: Herat, Kabul, and Kandahar.
