Job Description:

Clean the guest house rooms, corridors, restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas daily.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.

Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.

Clean and disinfect office furniture, windows, and equipment as needed.

Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities.

Report any damage, needed repairs, or supply shortages to the guest house manager

Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are safely stored and properly used.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Plan and prepare meals according to the menu or staff/guests needs

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and all kitchen utensils.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and nutrition standards at all times.

Manage stock of food supplies and kitchen items; report shortages to the guest house manager.

Ensure proper storage of food and avoid waste and procurement of food supplies asrequired.

Perform any other cleaning- cook- related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Any other task assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

Reading and writing knowledge

Verbal and written communication skills of local languages with ability to understand English conversation.

Minimum of 3-year experience in a service environment is preferred.

Friendly and Professional.

Competent to be good team Player

Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems
