Job Requirements:

A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required. Candidates with a Ph.D. are highly preferred.

A minimum of five (5) years of professional research or evaluation experience related to one or more of the thematic sectors listed below.

Data Science & Analysis

Finance & Accounting (as applied to project/program evaluation)

To be considered for the roster, applicants must demonstrate significant expertise in at least three (3) of the following five (5) core skill areas:

Evaluation & Assessment Design: Expertise in developing methodologies and advanced sampling techniques.

Literature Review & Tool Development: Proven ability to conduct comprehensive desk reviews and create high-quality qualitative and quantitative data collection tools.

Data Management & Analysis: Proficiency in managing complex datasets and conducting rigorous analysis (familiarity with statistical software is a plus).

Data Triangulation & Report Writing: Strong analytical skills to synthesize and triangulate findings from multiple sources and produce clear, high-impact reports.

Team Leadership & Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing research and evaluation teams, particularly in complex environments.
