Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, phone calls, and online channels
Promote and sell internet service plans to residential and commercial clients
Explain service features, pricing, and installation process clearly to customers
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and manage sales pipeline efficiently
Coordinate with the technical and customer service teams to ensure smooth installation and activation
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales at an ISP or telecom company
Strong understanding of internet service technologies (fiber, wireless, broadband, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure
Strong customer relationship-building skills
Good knowledge of local market and customer behaviour
Basic computer and CRM skills
Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings
