Job Description:
Identify potential agricultural land in target communities.
Conduct regular field visits to share project information with communities.
Collaborate with project staff and beneficiaries to implement activities.
Facilitate training sessions and distribute inputs and kits to beneficiaries.
Conduct mobilization meetings with community stakeholders.
Apply and oversee beneficiary selection criteria.
Build partnerships through regular meetings with target communities.
Document and disseminate project decisions.
Undertake additional duties as required by the Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social studies or a relevant field (or completion of Grade 12 with significant experience).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Community mobilization (3 years preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Experience working with community-based projects.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
