Job Description:
Key responsibilities
Conducting quality control testing of medicinal raw materials needed to manufacture health products of Noor program.
PH meter calibration, stock temperature check, microbiology laboratory and branch, and weight scales of medicinal raw materials and ensuring their correct operation.
Determining (PH) of medicinal substances.
Cooperate in the census of the materials available in the pharmacy stock when needed.
Performing a sterility test (the sterility of the final products of the eye drops) Noor program.
Submitting a report on how to sterilize manufactured products to the relevant authorities.
Cooperation with the logistics branch during the customs process of importing raw materials.
Providing the necessary advice to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the pharmaceutical branch of Noor Program.
Cooperate with the IP operation department of the respective houses of Noor program hospitals when needed.
Identifying and prioritizing matters and allocating the necessary time for the microbiology laboratory.
Assisting the pharmaceutical laboratory and related pharmaceutical processes.
Implementation of standards (Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)) in Noor Institute.
Helping with processing DMFs and SOPs in MoPH Pharmacy department and other governmental related offices.
Dealing with ministries about new DMFs and costume clearance of raw materials.
Dressing in special pharmacy clothes at all working hours.
Keeping and taking care of related equipment and supplies.
Train other staff about pharmacy laboratory and microbiology tasks.
Supervising junior staff.
Job Requirements:
Possession of a Pharm D or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
Proficiency in reading and writing in both Dari and English.
Skilled in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstrates respect for people and colleagues.
Strong time management and punctuality.
Familiarity with working instruments and the ability to repair them is essential.
