Job Description:
Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of construction sites, ensuring work is being completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and
safety requirements.
Construction Monitoring: Monitor the progress of the construction projects, ensuring adherence to the project timeline, scope, and budget.
Field Surveys and Inspections: Conduct regular field surveys and inspections to ensure construction is in line with the design and regulations.
Coordination with Contractors: Coordinate with contractors, construction teams, and local authorities to ensure smooth operations.
Quality Control: Ensure the implementation of quality control procedures on-site and that all work is performed in compliance with OCCD’s standards.
Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to site workers and contractors to address any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, including work completed, challenges faced, and any recommendations for corrective actions.
Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment on-site.
Material Management: Ensure that construction materials are properly managed, stored, and utilized effectively, minimizing waste.
Project Documentation: Maintain and update all project documentation, including daily site reports, progress reports, and incident logs.
Job Requirements:
Degree in civil Engineering
Proficiency in Pashto, Dari, and preferably English
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) And AutoCAD
At least 4 years of experience in construction and sit management
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel to filed Locations as needed
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
