Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Verify and review staff Mahram payments.
- Check and organize vendor invoices while maintaining a filing system.
- Assist the finance team in preparing monthly tax reports.
- Provide support during grant audits.
- Prepare bank transfer application letters and write checks.
- Create payment requests for supplier payments.
- Assist Finance Assistants in clearing the Integra system for cash and bank payments.
- Contribute to month-end financial reports.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system for financial documents.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Recent university graduate in Accounting or Economics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- Team player with a cooperative and supportive attitude toward colleagues and the broader IRC Country Program.
