General Responsibilities
- Register visitors, issue badges, and escort them to relevant departments.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols, noting and reporting findings.
- Monitor entrances and exits of the property.

- Promptly report any suspicious behavior or unauthorized individuals.
- Secure all doors, windows, and entry points.
- Monitor surveillance cameras during both day and night shifts.
- Prevent situations that could endanger yourself or colleagues.
- Identify threats and report suspicious activities within your area of operation.
- Safeguard valuable items and assets from theft, reporting incidents immediately.
- Ensure the safety of PU-AMI premises and belongings.
- Report any security incidents or irregularities to the appropriate authority.
- Verify that only authorized individuals enter the PU-AMI base.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Assist individuals in need within the office premises.
- Report any incidents observed while off duty to the security officer.
- Submit reports on any suspicious actions against PU-AMI.
- Follow proper handover procedures, ensuring all tasks are clearly communicated.

Objective 1: Protect People, Property, and Information
Key Duties:
- Ensure the protection of people, property, and information.
- Provide leadership and direction during emergencies, assisting crisis personnel (e.g., guiding firefighters to the fire scene).
- Control access to sites by monitoring entry points, escorting individuals and valuables, and inspecting bags and vehicles.
- Restore order in crowds and patrol office compounds every 30-60 minutes.
- Act swiftly in critical situations to mitigate risks.
- Assist guests by guiding them to appropriate departments or the guest house.
- Comply with PU-AMI policies and procedures.

Objective 2: Guest House Security
Key Duties:
- Provide security for the guest house.
- Patrol the guest house premises and surroundings every 30-60 minutes.
- Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the guest house.

- Refrain from entering the guest house without prior permission from expatriates.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency equipment and its location.
