Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality assurance across all provinces in collaboration with the mission team.
- Attend regional sectoral clusters (Health Cluster and Technical Working Groups) and PPHD meetings.
- Coordinate with relevant sectors such as EPI, SRH, and MoPH HMIS department alongside the MEAL team.
- Work with the Mission Technical Team to define sectoral strategies for the region.
- Conduct and report on general needs assessments and contribute to internal and external reporting.
- Manage health components of regional projects, including BPHS and EPHS, focusing on trauma, SRH, and EPI.
- Oversee the implementation of health interventions at fixed and mobile health centers.
- Support program managers and officers in planning, implementing, and monitoring health-related activities.
- Conduct regular supervision visits, review facility data, and ensure timely, quality health services for vulnerable populations.
- Identify gaps, conduct training (IMNCI, EPI, SRH, HMIS, etc.), and recruit technical staff for facilities and offices.

Objective 1: Health Activities Follow-Up
Key Duties:
- Implement health activities (trauma, SRH, EPI) as per the project work plan.
- Strengthen community-based health structures for early case identification and referrals.
- Deliver technical training sessions according to the regional training plan.
- Supervise health facilities, provide on-the-job training, and ensure quality services.
- Monitor and follow up on action plans from supervision visits.
- Conduct needs assessments and support technical design activities.
- Ensure services meet MoPH guidelines and address beneficiaries' needs.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with community leaders for service feedback and quality improvement.
- Respond to outbreaks and facilitate efficient responses.
- Address identified gaps, root causes, and develop improvement plans.
- Ensure proper referral mechanisms and supplies per SoPs.
- Assess women and children's health conditions in target areas.

Key Duties:
- Respond to feedback and complaints per Program Manager instructions.

- Participate in monthly accountability meetings.
- Adhere to PU-AMI policies (e.g., CoC, child protection, anti-corruption, PSEA) and report violations.

Job Requirements:
- Medical degree with at least three years’ experience managing NGO health programs.
- Strong understanding of BPHS, EPHS, and emergency projects.
- Familiarity with MoPH policies and the ability to manage high workloads.
- Willingness to travel to remote areas.
- Expertise in training and capacity building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
