**Job Description:**

Role Overview:

Lead the development and implementation of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) initiatives, focusing on activities such as risk assessments, early warning systems, disaster preparedness planning, and capacity-building efforts to strengthen community resilience against climate-related hazards like floods, droughts, and landslides.

Job Requirements:

- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant work experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Civil Engineering
