Job Description:
The Report Writing Focal Point, reporting to the BARAN Deputy Technical Director, will dedicate 50% of their time to fieldwork, verifying reports at the PMO and health facilities. The primary responsibilities include:
- Writing and compiling various organizational reports.
- Following up on stakeholder action plans and progress.
- Compiling annual and project completion reports.
- Verifying and cross-checking action plans and reports in the field.
- Reviewing all project reports submitted by the PMO before final submission.
- Assisting other CMO staff with their regular reporting processes.
- Conducting regular visits to BARAN PMO and health facilities.
- Carrying out additional tasks assigned by the line manager as per the organization’s needs.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in public health, particularly in BPHS (HMIS, monitoring and evaluation, and project management).
- A medical degree or a master’s degree in public health.
- Strong skills in proposal and report writing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as fluency in a local language.
- Advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheet design, and presentations.
