Job Description:
Job Summary:
- Attend District Committee meetings, Area Service Committee meetings, and Area Assemblies.
- Participate in the District Steering Committee, Area Service Committee, and Assembly as a member.
- Serve as a service sponsor for a replacement to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities within the target district in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Liaise with the Provincial Public Health Directorate (PPHD), communities, and other stakeholders at the district level.
- Regularly monitor project activities and provide any necessary support.
- Oversee project activities within the district and ensure safety during implementation.
- Develop a community-wide work schedule and identify resources needed to carry out the plan.
- Share the project plan with communities and relevant provincial directorates.
- Communicate project objectives to stakeholders and communities, ensuring local ownership of the project by gaining their support for its goals and objectives.
- Ensure community involvement in the work and monitoring of the project.
- Confirm that the project is progressing according to the established work plan.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- At least four years of relevant managerial experience.
- Experience working with local and international NGOs.
- Strong communication skills.
