Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to, record, log, and manage all calls, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Handle escalations involving unsatisfied customers, providing patient support and assistance.
  • Check in with callers on hold to provide updates as necessary.
  • Accurately receive, record, and relay messages in a clear and complete manner.
  • Contact clients and customers to inform them about new products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Schedule-all team to ensure that scheduling and work orders are executed as planned.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High school diploma.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office programs.
  • Ability to type in three languages.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Dari, Pashto, and English.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
