Job Title: Regional/ Area Sales Manager

Reports to: Sales Head / Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Afghanistan. The Ideal candidate will have a proven take record in sales management, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Development: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and expand market presence.

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.

Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Conduct on ground marketing activities.

Manage existing Dealers & create New Business Partners.

 

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA Preferred.

5+ Years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong understanding of the Afghan Market and business culture.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
