Job Title: Sales Head

Reports to: CEO

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales operations in Afghanistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear objectives and provide guidance to ensure success.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and optimize customer experience.

Must have knowledge of conduction BTC activities.

Knowledge of the Automotive Market is preferable.

Must have experience in Channel & Dealer Management.

 

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum [X] years of experience in sales management, preferably in [relevant industry].

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of the Afghan market and cultural nuances is a plus.

Proficiency in [relevant software/tools].
