Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Reports to: Sales Head
Job Overview:
The sales Coordinator will support the sales team in driving business growth by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Handle customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
Coordination: Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and trends.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
