- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deadlines for CBE and ALP initiatives.
- Ensure the smooth coordination and execution of CBE activities in alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of education programs.
- Assist in preparing detailed documentation and reports related to CBE and ALP activities.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Education Manager, stakeholders, and donors.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education project coordination or a related role, preferably within the NGO sector or similar organizations.

- Willingness to travel to provinces as planned by management.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both national languages (Dari & Pashto), both oral and written.
