About Us

The Organization for Relief Development (ORD) is a non-profit, non-political group that came to life in January 2010, born out of a meeting in Kabul where dedicated Afghan activists gathered to make a difference. At its heart, ORD is committed to helping the most vulnerable people and communities across Afghanistan, whether they live in rural villages, semi-urban areas, or cities.

What sets ORD apart is its belief in building a peaceful society where everyone has a voice. The organization encourages people to speak up about their struggles and challenges, offering them the chance to contribute ideas for solutions.
