Specialized Duties:
Guidance, control, and supervision of executive, administrative, and accounting matters of the relevant representation, according to applicable laws and regulations.
Effective use of capital and other resources planned by the company's headquarters, considering legal authority.
Representation of the company in the contract negotiation process and delivery of supplies according to received orders.
Attracting the attention of the private sector and consumer departments, considering the laws of government companies and the specified charter in the essential activities section of the company.
Procurement, storage, and distribution of sales materials according to the company's activity process above applicants based on the contracted agreement.
Safe use, guarding, and protection of assets and timely leasing for revenue generation and increasing company revenues.
Cohesion of accounting affairs and verification of cash and material assets, essential assets, and their accounting cycle stages to the relevant offices.
Managerial Duties:
Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans in accordance with the department's business plan and supervise its alignment.
Establish order and discipline in the executive affairs of the management of the representation and improve working relations with all local government departments.
Present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the financial activities of the representation and provide relevant forms to the company's headquarters.
Management and supervision of the actions of employees under their influence to ensure effective execution, growth, and training.
Collect information for analysis and evaluation and provide reports to the company's headquarters for further action.
Assign tasks to employees and supervise delegated affairs and align with the orders and instructions of competent authorities.
Execute other tasks entrusted by competent authorities in accordance with laws, regulations, and the goals of the department.
Coordination Duties:
Strengthen coordination regarding receiving requests and orders of pharmacies, hospitals, and other requesting departments.
Ensure communication and coordination with relevant departments for coherence and better advancement of affairs.

Qualifications, Experiences, and Necessary Skills:
Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:
Educational Level:
Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in one of the fields: economics, business administration, public policy, public administration, law, political science, and other relevant fields related to the position; preference will be given to candidates with a master's degree relevant to the position.
Required Experience (Type and Duration):
A minimum of two to three years of relevant work experience for a bachelor's degree.
A minimum of one year of relevant work experience for a master's degree.
Other Skills (Short-term courses, in-service training, etc.):
Proficient in written and verbal communication in one of the national languages (Pashto and Dari) and familiarity with the English language.
Proficient in computer programs (MS Office, Outlook) and other computer programs and the internet as required for office work.
Skills in management, administration, and accounting.
Complete knowledge of the country's applicable laws (labor law, government company law, charter of the government-owned Ruzaq company, etc.).
The ability to establish professional relationships with other government and non-government departments.
The ability to understand and comprehend.
