Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with the education team to develop a comprehensive plan for curriculum adaptation and organization.
Ensure the enhancement of educational programs through strategic planning, lesson plans, adaptation, affordability, and alignment with corrective and developmental feedback.
Implement new educational methodologies in the clinical program for the advancement of the extended field.
Exercise control over the discipline and teaching system to ensure effective control over the clinical readiness.
Create plans for the clinical curriculum based on the approval of the relevant authorities and comprehensive plans (for semesters and exams).
Provide necessary support for the advancement of educational assistance for effective learning.
Offer guidance on curriculum adjustments and practical advice on appropriate resources.
Identify educational needs and design appropriate advice for specific areas.
Create a practical work plan for clinical skills in laboratories for the advancement of practical work.
Implement clinical skills training in clinical settings for the development of practical skills.
Job Requirements:
Graduate degree with proficiency in languages, particularly Pashto, Dari, and English.
Educational Qualifications:
Mandatory academic qualifications (educational background and work experience).
