Job Requirements:
Bidding Experience – Proven experience with government contracts and procurement processes from opportunity identification to bid submission
Strong English Proficiency – Ability to read complex documents, communicate clearly, and write compelling, professional proposals
Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy – Comfortable navigating procurement portals, managing documentation, and submitting error-free bids
Commission-Driven Mindset – Highly self-motivated with a focus on performance and results; eager to earn based on successful outcomes
Persistence & Resilience – Tenacious in the face of rejection; quick to pivot to new opportunities and maintain momentum
Commercial Acumen – Skilled in balancing competitive pricing with sustainable profit margins for both the company and yourself
