Job Description:
Accurately enrolling clients in benefit programs of their choice and ensure the system accurately reflects elections
Regular updates of social media accounts of MSIA and make sure to respond to virtual concerns of clients
Adequate IT knowledge to comply efficiently the requirement and need of clients
Consistent assortment of clients’ observation for further analysis
Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help market and position MSIA to attract partners and win funds
Regularly visit of MSIA websites for updates
Prompt respond to correspondences of clients, take action and proceed the follow-up
Introduction of new products and services using social media
Respond to online transactions & request of clients
Search virtually for potential, realistic and active clients
Gathering of feedbacks from clients about the current status of products and services
Establishing of online comment card gateway that clients easily and confidently share their opinion about MSIA
Job Requirements:
Midwifery degree holder.
1-3 year of Experience in the NGO Sector is preferred.
Experience in medical counselling is an asset.
High competency across MS word, excel and PowerPoint.
Skills:
Availability to work unsociable hours.
Strong customer service skills. Proven experience fielding inquiries from customers over the phone and in writing, meeting highest service standards.
Effective operational proficiency in Uzbaki, both spoken and written, and national languages,
Excellent communication skills
Experience managing digital content
Intermediate level of the Microsoft Office suite
Good geographical knowledge
