Job Description:

The incumbent is responsible for assisting the direct sales hierarchy in maintaining good customer service & relationships, building team spirit, and a friendly working environment, and implementing pre-approved processes & procedures, preventing fraud-related matters, achievement of sales targets in terms of SIM sales, Re-Registration, Top Up & Gross revenue, punctuality & discipline, sales daily reconciliation report & point of sales CVPA (Cost Value Profit Analysis) report.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

• Ensures proper supervision is in place for the assigned point of sales to meet Etisalat Afghanistan standards considering the business need.

 

• Maintains good customer service & relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction level.

 

• Performs appropriate actions and behaviors with the needs and priorities of the Sales & works within the framework of procedures, planning, and monitoring to comply with relevant government entities.

 

• Encourages team members to express their views and ideas and invests time in building team spirit and a friendly working environment.

 

• Coordinates in understanding the needs of customers and gives priority to customers by ensuring their needs are met within the assigned relevant point of sales.

 

• Ensures proper implementation of pre-approved processes & procedures in the assigned relevant point of sales.

 

• Ensures proper management of the assigned point of sales relevant tasks to prevent fraud-related matters.

 

• Maintains positive results for the assigned point of sales CVPA (Cost Value Profit Analysis) report by ensuring proper collaboration & timely action in place with his line supervisor.

 

• Supervises the point of sales calibers by ensuring decent performance in place and providing feedback where necessary to mitigate the gaps.

 

• Maintains strong working knowledge about products and services and offers technical support for the calibers working in the relevant point of sales.

 

• Ensures its relevant point of sales achieves its assigned sales targets in terms of SIM sales, Re-Registration, Top Up & Gross revenue.

 

• Maintains proper punctuality & discipline at the point of sales to sustain customer flow management and satisfaction.

 

• Ensures zero discrepancies in the assigned point of sales daily reconciliation report before sharing it with finance.

 

• Prepares the required reports for the assigned point of sales as per direct sales hierarchy requirements by ensuring timely submission before the due date.

 

• Collaborate with the line supervisor for the completion of direct sales assigned tasks by the head of department.

 

• Any other assigned tasks considering the business need & Etisalat Afghanistan management direction.

 

Job Requirements:

Education:

 

University degree in business administration/sales/marketing with a practical background in Business Management.

 

Experience:

 

3 years of experience in sales & marketing
