Job Summary
Shahy Group Company is looking for a highly skilled and data-driven E-Top Up Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives and drive growth in Afghanistan’s electronic payments and mobile top-up sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns to increase sales and user engagement.
Performance Marketing: Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SMS & Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM.
Partnerships: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with telecom operators, payment providers, and financial institutions.
Data Analysis: analyze customer behavior, conversion rates, and retention metrics to enhance ROI.
Loyalty Programs: implement cashback promotions, referral programs, and targeted discounts to boost engagement.
Market Optimization: Use Google Analytics, BI platforms, SQL, and AI-driven insights to improve marketing performance.
Omnichannel Marketing: Develop integrated online, offline, and direct-response campaigns.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or IT (MBA or Digital Marketing Certification preferred).
Minimum 5+ years in digital marketing, telecom marketing, fintech, or e-commerce marketing.
Technical Skills, Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SMS & Email Marketing, SEO/SEM, and BI tools.
Communication & Negotiation, Strong ability to establish and manage strategic relationships with telecom operators and financial institutions.
Market & Customer Analysis, Ability to analyze and optimize customer journeys, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Languages, Fluency in English, Pashto, and Dari (mandatory).
