Job Description:
● Solve user hardware and software problems in respective ASLC.
● Performs and coordinates routine troubleshooting for running hardware systems i.e. LAN, Windowns-based computers and printers.
● Hardware maintenance & troubleshooting, Installation & maintenance of software's used in a branch office
● Internal & mail system maintenance and comprehensive IT support to end users.
● Recharging the modems,Cabling,Making new database for staffs information,etc
● Finding solution problems of hardware and software programs and devices.
● Updating database which is related with users information’s.
● Any other task assign by the supervisor
● IT survey and IT assessment
● Network Cable configuration for different devices
● MacBook installation and configuration
● Attendance device installation and registration of new comer
● Prepare daily activities Report of assigned task
● Backup of database
Job Requirements:
• Ms Windows XP, Vista & win7,win8,win 10
• Ms Office package,2007.2010.2013
• A + Hardware
• Speak Dari Pashto English
• MacBook
• MCSA 2012
• HR Management.
